CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSISTANT - Grade KR3 £19,293 Pro Rata
Based at Sittingbourne Library
Part Time, 3.25 hours per week average (worked 6.5 hours every other Saturday)
Our Library Service has a lot more to offer than just books. With reading groups, talks and exhibitions, it offers a range of activities for every age group – from Baby Rhyme Time sessions to internet classes for older people.
To deliver all this, we need the right people serving our customers. While relevant experience would come in handy, it isn’t essential – it’s much more important that you’re friendly, outgoing and approachable. We have a vacancy for a part-time Customer Support Assistant and if you enjoy working as part of a team, have a friendly helpful attitude to the Public and are interested in delivering services to the Community we would welcome a call from you.
The successful applicant will have good interpersonal skills, feel comfortable meeting the public and be able to undertake a diverse range of tasks, often simultaneously.
The hours are worked every other Saturday.
Interviews will be held on Friday 10th February 2023 at Sittingbourne Library, Central Avenue, Sittingbourne, ME10 4AH
