Customer Support Assistant
Role Responsibility
Kent Libraries Registration & Archives
Based at Dover Library and across the Dover District
Our Library Service has a lot more to offer than just books. With reading groups, talks and exhibitions, it offers a range of activities for every age group – from Baby Rhyme Time sessions to internet classes for older people.
To deliver all this, we need the right people serving our customers. While relevant experience would come in handy, it isn’t essential – it’s much more important that you’re friendly, outgoing and approachable. We have a vacancy for a part-time Customer Support Assistant and if you enjoy working as part of a team, have a friendly helpful attitude to the Public and are interested in delivering services to the Community we would welcome a call from you.
This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position. 30 hours per week are worked across a range of hours including weekend working and may be required to undertake periods of lone working.
