Contacts are received from the public, partner agencies and other organisations who are seeking advice, support, and guidance from Adult Social Care. You will need to have experience of working for Adult Social Care or a related organisation and with vulnerable adults. You will be expected to process and respond to enquiries and establish information to assist you in making a decision on the next steps for the contact.
