Client Financial Services Senior Officer

We are looking for a dynamic and reliable individual to join our busy and developing Client Financial Services Function. To thrive in this role you will be customer focused and always looking to reach a positive outcome for our clients. You will be proactive, flexible and be able to adapt to new ways of working.

You will be working in a role that requires you to provide support to adults that receive a chargeable, care and support service, arranged by Adult Social Care to access and claim welfare benefits, via home visits and telephone based appointments. You will provide expert advice, assist with the completion of the relevant claim forms, and challenge decisions on benefit awards via the appeal and tribunal process.

You will be pivotal in providing high quality advice and accurate information by telephone, in writing and in person. You should have knowledge and experience of the Department for Works and Pensions, welfare benefits. You will be working in a busy target driven Finance environment responding to constant change.
