Client Financial Services Officer

Role Responsibility

We are looking for a suitable candidate to fill a temporary (6 month), full time posts as a KR7 Client Financial Services (CFS) Officer in the Client Financial Services Function within one of the three Assessment Teams. Please see attached job description and further information about the teams within Client Financial Services. These roles will be based at St Peters House, Broadstairs or Invicta House, Maidstone, but please note that the successful post holders will be able to work mainly from home.

We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our busy and developing Client Financial Services Function. To thrive in this role, you will be customer focused and always looking to reach a positive outcome for our clients. You will be proactive, flexible and be able to adapt to new ways of working.

Working within a team of Client Financial Services Officers you will be responsible for assessing the financial affairs of clients who are eligible for community, residential and personal budget services to determine their ability to contribute towards the cost of the care provided in line with the Care Act 2014. You will be pivotal in providing high quality advice and accurate information by telephone and in writing. You should have knowledge and experience of the Department for Work and Pensions welfare benefit entitlement. You will be working in a busy target driven Finance environment responding to constant change.
