Client Financial Services Officer

Role Responsibility

Client Financial Services are looking for a dynamic and reliable individual to join our busy and developing Client Financial Services Function who are responsible for supporting Adult Social Care.

Working within a team of Client Financial Services Officers you will play a vital role in providing high quality advice and accurate information by telephone and in writing. You will be capable of quickly building rapport whilst assisting with a wide range of in-depth queries in a professional, diplomatic and supportive manner.

As a customer focused individual you will have the personal resilience to work effectively in an environment of pressure and constant change. To thrive in this role you will always be looking to reach a positive outcome for our clients. You will be proactive, flexible and be able to adapt to new ways of working. You will be confident to suggest ideas for improvement and take an active role in every aspect of service delivery. Working with people and as part of a team you will be keen to share your experience with new or less experienced team members.

We encourage development of our staff and this role gives an opportunity for a wide scope of learning. You will be supported to gain new skills and experience to equip you to develop within the Client Financial Services Function.
