This is one of the biggest jobs in local government and the Chief Executive of Kent County Council will find themselves dealing with both scale and complexity. You will be the kind of senior leader that relishes the big challenges and has the experience to maximise opportunities on a local, regional, national, and international scale for our residents. 

We are seeking a talented, collegiate, and influential leader with a strong notion of place and external focus; someone who brings a demonstrable track record of delivery through effective strategic partnering.
