Centre Co-ordinator - The Education People

Role Responsibility

Temporary full-time contract to cover maternity leave until 31 March 2024, with the possibility to extend beyond this date.

37 hours per week - Monday to Friday

The Early Years and Childcare Service is advertising for the post of Centre Co-ordinator at our venue, Aldington Eco Centre, near Ashford.

Working as the Centre Co-ordinator, within the Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) Team, the post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day running of Aldington Eco Centre which provides high quality training and meeting facilities to The Education People, Kent County Council and external customers.

This is a varied role, working within a small team and at times lone working, where you will be the first point of contact for a variety of service users. You will have the opportunity to deliver excellent customer service, work on your own initiative, prioritise workloads and time management.

The post holder will be based at Aldington Eco Centre and will be required to travel to our other venue at Aylesham Business Hub to co-ordinate when the need arises.
