Catering Assistant

Role Responsibility

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Kent County Council, Country Parks team who provide leisure, educational, events, venue hire and café services across 9 Country Parks in Kent.

Country Parks are looking for a Catering Assistant to work at one of their country park cafes at Manor Country Park.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with an interest in customer service and catering.

The contracts on offer is Monday to Sunday 10.30 - 4.30 for 6 weeks during the summer holidays.

You will be expected to hold Level 1 or 2 Food Safety certificate.

The individual needs to be organised with strong customer service skills to ensure that visitors to the parks receive a quality cafe experience.

You will report to the Catering Services Manager who is responsible for the four Country Park café sites.

A job share will be considered.  

Closing date: 25th June 2025 with interviews planned for the 3rd July 2025
