Care Worker
Role Responsibility
We are looking for a confident Care and Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care. You’ll be working 28 hours per week, working days, weekends and bank holidays with shift patterns of either 7am - 9pm, 7am - 2pm and or 2pm - 9pm, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at West View Integrated Care Centre.
As an active member of our dynamic team, you’ll provide support for our Team Leaders and Care Staff including the admission, assessment, implementation and discharge of service users, with a focus on dignity and safety at all times.
