Business Support Officer - KentChoices - The Education People

Role Responsibility

An opportunity has arisen for someone to join the School Improvement, Secondary, Special and PRU / Skills & Employability Service within The Education People. 

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the KentChoices Development Officer, the Engagement Team and work experience service. They will be the first point of contact for support on the KentChoices platform. They will provide support by phone, email and web chat.

The successful candidate will need to be able to use databases, provide customer support and have good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.

This post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure Application to the Disclosure and Barring Service.

Interviews will be held on MS Teams on Wednesday 5th October.
