Business Support Officer - Care Leavers 18+ Service

Please Note: The application deadline for this job has now passed.

Role Responsibility

A rare opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Officer (BSO) to provide administrative support to the Care Leavers 18+ Service based at Worrall House in West Malling.

You will be working alongside our Leaving Care Team Managers to complete administrative tasks across the county to support our young people. You will need to feel confident liaising with front line professionals, volunteers, and young people, as we are often the first point of contact. The work is interesting and varied, and we need someone with a calm and organised approach who can manage their own workload whilst sometimes responding to urgent requests and deadlines.

You will have good numeracy skills, attention to detail and be able to work to financial procedures and best practice. You should be confident in the use of Microsoft Office and be willing to undertake training on our bespoke databases.

You will have the support of your colleagues, a team of eight experienced BSO’s and two supervisors who will provide you with regular supervision and the training that you need for the role.
