Business Support Assistant

Role Responsibility

Within Integrated Children’s Services, the Early Help and Preventative Services (EHPS) division provides targeted support and open access services to children and young people aged 0-25 as well as their families.

We require an organised person to join the Business Support Team based at Samphire Children’s Centre, although there will be a requirement to cover other locations in the Dover District when needed, some of which are in rural areas.

You will be responsible for providing full confidential administrative support to assist in the smooth running of Open Access provision, supporting the opening and closing of buildings as well as being the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and partners. 

We are looking for someone with good IT skills, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines and to maintain and process accurate and timely records.

This post is advertising 18.5, or up to 20.5, hours per week. 20.5 hours per week would be available for applicants who are interested in the additional two hours on the Friday, this will be discussed at interview.

Working pattern:
Monday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Tuesday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Wednesday: 9:00am - 12:30pm (18.5 hours)
Friday: 2:30pm - 4:30pm (20.5 hours)
