Business Support Assistant
Role Responsibility
We are currently looking for a Business Support Assistant to cover maternity leave (up to one year) in our busy and varied team supporting Learning and Development across Kent County Council and beyond.
The Learning and Development team is part of the Human Resources and Organisation Development service. We provide a wide range of opportunities for staff to learn and develop, this includes face to face training, virtual online training and e-learning. Annually, we provide over 700 training courses and 60,000 e-learning courses are undertaken.
Working in a small team you will work with L&D Advisers in setting up training courses, liaising with customers, trainers and venues and therefore are required to have excellent organisation and customer service skills.
The role involves use of Word, Excel and Outlook in addition to Kent systems for which training will be provided.
We will provide a comprehensive induction and support to the role and the team.
