Business Support Assistant - Poltons Family Centre Reception
Role Responsibility
We are looking for an organised person to join the Business Support Team based at Poltons Family Centre in Dover. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to assist in the smooth running of the service provided by our team and acting as the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and families.
This vacancy is for a part-time role covering lunchtime hours from 12pm to 2pm, Monday to Friday and working closely with our full-time receptionist. The Business Support Assistant role is busy and varied and provides invaluable support to the Dover Children’s Social Work Team and the families that we work with.
We are looking for someone with a calm approach and the successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent organisation and communication skills. You must be able to proactively manage your workload and support the wider team, whilst responding to urgent requests and you need to be confident in liaising with families, colleagues, and professionals.
We are looking for someone with previous reception or administrative experience and who is confident dealing with a variety of responsibilities and using a range of IT packages. We can offer opportunities for personal training and development within the service.
