Business Support Assistant - Management Information & Intelligence team

Role Responsibility

An exciting development opportunity has arisen with the Management Information & Intelligence team within the Children, Young People and Education (CYPE) Directorate. We are seeking an experienced Business Support Assistant to provide administrative support within the team. This is a fixed term post based at Invicta House, Maidstone until 31st March 2024. It is for 22 hours per week with the working pattern of Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

As the Business Support Assistant, you will provide administrative support within the Management Information & Intelligence Team to ensure that the functions of the team can be delivered in a timely and efficient manner.  Responsibilities include attending meetings as appropriate, taking minutes, and making sure actions are carried out; managing, updating and maintaining the systems inbox and training records, including submitting account requests and monitoring completion of any such requests ensruing the records are updated in a timely manner.

You will have good literacy, numeracy and computer skills (including MS Applications and Management Information Systems) and be confident dealing with a variety of multi-disciplinary professionals whilst working to deadlines in a highly demanding environment.  A full list of responsibilities is outlined within the job description.
