Billing & Control Officer

Role Responsibility

We are looking to recruit within our Financial Assessment and Income Unit. The position of Billing & Control Officer is based in Broadstairs however, we undertake hybrid working, meaning that we work from home and the office, depending on business needs. The position available is temporary and full time (37 hours per week).

The teams working within the Financial Assessment and Income Unit are expanding and adapting to improve the response times associated with the provision of high quality advice and accurate information to both internal and external stakeholders. The successful postholder will be the first point of contact for our external stakeholders when they are in receipt of an invoice covering their contribution towards the cost of care.

You must be positive, engaging, adaptable to change, and possess excellent organisational, numeracy and communication skills. You will be able to demonstrate compassion and knowledge when working with people to ensure that the customer service delivered is an excellent experience for the caller.

If you are flexible, adaptable, can work under pressure, hold all the necessary skills, experience, and knowledge, and are prepared to go the extra mile, then this is an excellent opportunity for you to work within a dynamic and developing environment.
