Administration Officer

Role Responsibility

As an Administration Officer for the Kent Enablement at Home West Kent South, Worrall House Kings Hill, you will be responsible for providing telephone and face to face support to our staff that work in the community, undertaking timely accurate recording on multiple different bespoke systems.  You will be part of a team that works collaboratively with internal and external partners and focuses on promoting a persons independence

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who has:

  • An empathetic caring approach, with the ability to remain emotionally resilient
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise workload and work well under pressure
  • Brilliant interpersonal skills and experience of working with people and challenging situations.
  • Knowledge and understanding of computer based systems
  • Willingness to learn and a proactive approach to their own development

The ability to travel across a wide geographical area in a timely and flexible manner at various times of the day is essential. You should note that public transport is rarely a viable option as some rural areas of Kent often have limited public transport.
