Administration Officer

An opportunity has arisen to recruit an administration officer for the Kent MCA DOLS Office, which is an exciting and busy environment with multiple priorities where work needs to be carried out accurately and within appropriate timescales.

The successful candidate will provide administration support to members of the team along with a number of multi-agency groups.

We are looking for someone with experience of working in a busy office environment and with excellent communication skills. If you have good keyboard and IT skills (Outlook, Excel, Word), experience with systems and processes, minute taking skills and organisational skills then we would like to hear from you.

You will need to be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team as well as professionally communicating with our clients, their representatives and other professionals by phone and e-mail.

This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position. The Council therefore has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English/Welsh sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements.
