Administration Officer

Role Responsibility

An opportunity has arisen for an Administration Officer to join the Directorate Office in the Adult Social Care and Health Directorate.

Here in the Directorate Office we provide a comprehensive level of support to the Corporate Director, Directors and Senior Management Team to support them in carrying out their duties. We are seeking an individual to support a range of managers in an highly efficient and smooth service.

This is a fast paced and variable role where no day will be the same. We are looking for someone who possesses excellent IT, organisational  and problem-solving skills. This is a challenging, varied and exciting role that requires multi-tasking and a good eye for detail.  

This is a great opportunity to join the Directorate at such a challenging but exciting period of change and the opportunity to be within a  large, diverse and rapidly changing organisation.

This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position. The Council therefore has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English/Welsh sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements. The appropriate standards are set out in the Job Description/Person Specification.
