Administration Assistant 

Sunrise offers short break opportunities for children & young people with disabilities from the age of 5 to 18 years old. 

We require an motivated, resourceful and methodical administration assistant, to provide support within a busy office for 16 hours per week.

You will have knowledge and skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.  You will possess a confident telephone manner and be able to welcome visitors to Sunrise in a courteous, prompt and efficient manner.

Interviews will be conducted under the ‘Choosing with Care’ assessment process

This post involves working closely with children.  This post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure Application to the Disclosure and Barring Service.

This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position. The Council therefore has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English/Welsh sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements. The appropriate standards are set out in the Job Description/Person Specification.
