Role Responsibility

Job Title: Admin Support Officer (Children & Young People Projects)

Starting salary: £20,595 (pro rata £12,245)  Contract: Fixed Term Part Time

Number of Hours: 22 hours per week             Contract Ends: 31st March 2025

Location(s): Active Kent & Medway, Worrall House, 30 Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent. NB: Flexible hours and hybrid working re: office and home working.

Active Kent & Medway is seeking to appoint a part-time Admin Support Officer to provide day to day administrative support for our children and young people projects. The role includes creating and maintain accurate records in accordance with data protection and financial regulations. The use of digital applications to collate and analyse information to evaluate projects and create reports. As well as experience of delivering a high standard of customer service.

This post provides an exciting opportunity for someone with experience of providing administrative and digital support in a busy working environment and with the willingness to learn and identify solutions to a range of challenges.
