We are recruiting for a new KR6 Accounts Administration Officer to work within KCC Finance division. The primary location of the role is Sessions House, Maidstone, with the possibility of office working in Maidstone and home working. The position is permanent, full time (37 hours per week). We also welcome applications from part-time applicants, willing to work a minimum of 24 hrs a week.

The financial role of our Accounts Administration Officer is varied, with the most important aspect of the role to ensure that a high quality service is provided to both external and internal customers when dealing with accounts administration enquiries (received by telephone, email or letter).  This post requires you to work in the Accounts Payable Team, so the ability to handle financial data and complete financial reconciliations is required. You will use accounts systems to respond to customer queries and be expected to have experience in providing good customer service and resolving financial queries. Training will be provided on our current financial systems. For full details, please see attached job description/person specification.
